How will my plants be shipped?

Your plants will be shipped via USPS for domestic orders.

Do you ship plants outside the US?

We only take international orders by request as of now due to the fact that each country differs a bit in it's importation requirements.

I have a rare plant to sell you!

We are always looking for rare and strange forms of Mexican Pinguicula and South American Drosera. If you have something rare to offer, we may be able to trade plants!

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Do my plants come with a pot?

All plants are shipped bareroot.

My plant was damaged during shipping!

We will replace plants when they are damaged by obvious neglegance on our part, but we are not responsible for damages that occur due to angry postal workers, weather, or other neglect that is outside our control.

Can I visit the nursery?

We do not allow public visits to our locations.

I have a question about growing my plant(s).

We will answer any questions you may have about plants purchased from us. We are experts in the plants we sell, so we will do our best to help you succeed in growing your plants as well!
